Melissa Antoine, MD
Child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist
Melissa Antoine, MD is a child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist at Legacy Community Health Center at the Lyons Fifth Ward Clinic. Dr. Antoine is a community psychiatrist that treats entire family units, from grandparents to preschoolers from a wide range of socioeconomic backgrounds.
She, also, provides school-based psychiatric care in Galena Park ISD. Dr. Antoine has received workplace accolades for successfully de-escalating difficult workplace situations, a deluge of positive patient feedback, awarded Distinguished Fellow at the conclusion of Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship, served as Chief Resident for BCM Adult Psychiatry Residency, and received Outstanding Resident Award for
service. She works as an Attending physician to teach first year child psychiatry fellows in the community.
Dr. Antione is a member of the American Academy of Child & Adolescent
Psychiatry. Dr. Antoine is a proud graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana, where she graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Biology; and graduated with her M.D. from the Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California. Dr. Antoine is married to Allen Antoine, Jr. and together they have 3 children: Aya, Allen III, and Artis. Dr. Antoine considers the following Ghanaian word powerful in her professional and personal life, Sankofa: “you have to know where you’ve been, to know where you’re going”.

Drew Dutton, LPC-S, LCDC, ACPS

Drew Dutton, LPC-S, LCDC, ACPS, is a nationally recognized leader in adolescent and adult substance use treatment, prevention, and mental health. He serves as President and CEO of Phoenix House Texas, a statewide nonprofit known for its evidence-based programming and impactful work in addiction services.
Drew’s career spans over a decade of innovation, focusing on strengths-based, experiential, and solution-focused models that challenge traditional paradigms and reduce stigma. His work integrates clinical excellence with positive psychology and organizational leadership, offering fresh, effective approaches to complex behavioral health issues.
He teaches graduate-level counseling at Texas Christian University and The University of Mary and owns Better Days Counseling, PLLC, where he provides therapy, clinical supervision, and consulting.
Drew holds a Master’s in Education from TCU, an MBA from Baylor University, and a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. His multidisciplinary expertise fuels his national training, consulting, and speaking efforts across sectors—including education, healthcare, nonprofits, and corporate development.

Teandra Gordon, PhD, LMFT-S
Chief Education Officer
Teandra Gordon, Ph.D., LMFT-S is Chief Education Officer for BrainAbouts, the
neuroscience-based prevention program of the John Fontaine Jr. Charity. Dr. Gordon previously served as Vice President of School-Based Health at Legacy Community Health, where she oversaw the expansion of the school-based health program from seven clinics in one district to 33 clinics across three Texas school districts.
She has also worked at the Council on Recovery in Houston,TX, providing substance abuse assessment, intervention, and parent education to families in the child protective system due to maternal substance use.
With a strong background in education, Dr. Gordon began her career as an elementary school teacher before earning a master’s degree in Family Therapy and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education. A recognized leader in school-based behavioral health, Dr. Gordon has been invited to testify before the Texas Senate Select Committee on Violence in Schools and School Security, as well as the Texas House Committee on Public Health.
Her research and expertise in behavioral health and education have led her to author academic articles, present at national conferences, and author the parenting book, Purpose Filled Parenting, which provides practical guidance for raising children with intention and purpose. As a mother of five, Dr. Gordon combines professional expertise with personal experience to empower educators, parents, and students in fostering healthier, purpose-filled lives.
She remains a strong advocate for child well-being, parent education, and mental health awareness in schools and communities.
