The JFJC made its Tennessee debut at a reception atop Chattanooga’s legendary Lookout Mountain, thanks to hosts Brett Rousch and Kim and Ewing Strang. Founder Jack Fontaine shared his motivation for turning a tragedy – the loss of John, his 16-year-old son – into a movement to make America’s students safer. Dr. Crystal Collier also introduced the crowd to BrainAbouts, the early prevention program she developed in partnership with The JFJC. We are encouraged by the enthusiasm of our program and the promising developments from community leaders to put BrainAbouts in their local Chattanooga middle and high schools.
